Paul Smith - Owner and Founder

I left my city position in 1999 to create a sports marketing business that offers a unique slant on your everyday events and hospitality. Yes we offer Hospitality and Tickets to all the world major sporting events at the market rate. In addition we have the contacts and creativity to develop new products that give our clients the edge over their competitors either as an add on to off the shelf hospitality or by creating an event solely for their company to own.

My claim to fame is having my golf swing compared to that of Jack Nicklaus by Tom Watson at Kingsbarns. "Hey Jack he hits a gay fade just like you!"

Ian Rudgeley - Head of sales

Ian studied Business Management at University and has created his own night club promotions business working with World renouned brands such as Pacha. Joining us in 2008, he brings a youthful approach to Sales & Marketing, whilst developing our client database. He has created his own events and is currently focused on the Monaco Grand Prix and the Sports Legends golf challenge.

A keen rugby player having represented London Irish and London division. Ian was surprised that John Smit had not heard of top Essex based club, Barking for whom he played at the time. In a desperate attempt to salvage the conversation he dropped the obligatory, Jason Leonard used to play for us!!

Gillian Smith - Accountant

Gill is responsible for our invoicing, company reports and all financial matters. She has been involved from day 1 and is also Company Secretary.

Graham Shepherd - Operations

Graham is responsible for all of our off site operations. From Golf days in Portugal to our chauffer requirements in Monaco. Graham recruits the staff and ensures that the logistics of any event run without a hitch. Graham has been involved with the company from its beginnings and is well liked by all of our clients.

Katy Glyn - Promotional staff

Katy has worked for design hospitality for the past 7 years and provides us with staff for all of our events. From Meet and greet to data capture and beyond, Katy will ensure the right staff are attached to our events to ensure you have a pleasant and memorable experience. Katy has 11 years experience in this field and is originally trained as a dancer and photographic model.
